With ongoing severe weather events in parts of Australia, we are working hard to support our customers and respond as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you follow the advice of local authorities if you are affected by a natural disaster, see emergency contact details further below.

We are here to help and settle claims as fast as possible. Life insurance claims can be lodged directly with us at Onepath, as follows:

Assistance for those impacted or involved

  • Support is available for OnePath customers who are impacted or experiencing hardship. This includes those OnePath life insurance customers who (a) have been directly impacted by a weather event in natural disaster zones, or (b) are volunteering in natural disaster impacted regions or are with emergency response teams, to the detriment of their own financial wellbeing.
  • Please either contact your financial adviser or call OnePath on 1300 555 250 when it is safe to do so to discuss your options.
