With the flooding from Cyclone Niran in North Queensland and the ongoing flooding in parts of NSW, as well as the impact of severe tropical cyclone Seroja in Western Australia, we are working hard to support our customers and respond as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you follow the advice of local authorities if you are affected by the flooding.

Assistance for those impacted or involved

Support is available for Zurich Life and OnePath Life customers who are impacted or experiencing hardship. This includes those Zurich and OnePath life insurance customers who:

 (a) have been directly impacted by the flooding in natural disaster zones:

or (b) are volunteering in natural disaster flood impacted regions or are with emergency response teams, to the detriment of their own financial wellbeing.
