You’ll soon see some changes to your insurance

OnePath Life Limited (OnePath) is the insurer who stands behind your cover.

OnePath was owned by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) at the time you purchased your cover. In 2019, ANZ sold OnePath to Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited (Zurich).

Over the last two years we have been working on bringing the businesses of OnePath and Zurich together, and over the coming months we’ll be making some changes to align our products and processes.

What you can expect

Generally speaking, the main changes we’re making are:

1. Issuing new policy numbers as a result of OnePath cover moving to Zurich systems.
2. Aligning product characteristics to ensure greater consistency across OnePath and Zurich. This may include features such as product names.
3. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We’ll write to you personally to explain significant changes that impact you and when they come into effect. In the meantime, you will continue receiving your regular communications from us, such as your renewal notice and tax statement (if you hold an applicable income protection product).

Your Insurance cover will not change

Please rest assured there will be no reduction in what you are covered for.
